November 25th 2004. The traditional brand Birkenstock
won the Drapers Award 2004 in the category of ”The
best shoe of the year“. The well-known fashion magazine
Drapers Record from London, has handed on Tuesday the
great demanded Award in famous Grosvenour House in London. |
| Final
nominees with Birkenstock were shoe brands Azor, Bronx,
Fly London, Gabor, Irregular Choise and Rieker. This award
prizes the best fashion retailer in UK and Ireland for
their achievement. Robert Lusk, CEO and owner of the company
Central Trade Ltd, London, who is a long term distribution
partner of Birkenstock Orthopädie GmbH & Co.KG,
Vettelschoss, and Fern Wharmby, Head of Retail at Central
Trade have received the greatly demanded award. |
